About Reviews

CK Technical Services uses freeindex.co.uk as an independent review site. The following is an extract specifying their processess to ensure impartiality -

We want to strengthen the impartial nature of the site and provide users with information that helps them select the best service they are looking for. To ensure that the review system does not get abused we have put in place a number of precautions:

Reviews cannot be written on the same computer as the one you used to sign up on. If you have a customer in-store wanting to write a review, they'll have to do it from home.

All reviews are manually reviewed by our Content Team.

Reviews can only be written by registered users - so we can keep tabs on them.

Users may only make one review per day.

You can respond to any negative review. This response will be displayed directly underneath the review.

Users can only review a company once.
